Swans is a new international secondary school located just outside the centre of Marbella. It has grown from Swans  School - a primary school which opened  in 1971, operating under the headship of its owner and founder, Tessa Swan. What started as a few children and one teacher in a room of a house has developed into a modern, 300 strong primary school with 2 parallel classes in each year group from Early Years to Year 6. From these beginnings, we have grown and expanded until we are now able to offer secondary education up to Year 12.

Swans International Sierra Blanca is a candidate school for the  International Baccalaureate Diploma. This school is pursuing authorization as an IB World School. These are schools that share a common philosophy—a commitment to high quality, challenging, international education that this school believes is important for our students.
