Swans is situated approximately one kilometre west of the centre of Marbella, opposite the Hotel Meliá Don Pepe and the Marbella Congress Hall.

It is situated behind the “Corte Inglés” commercial centre on C/. Ceuta, which is accessed via C/. Jaime De Mora. It is on the Portillo bus service between Marbella and Estepona and also the urban bus service.

It is set back from the main road with all its traffic, among gardens and trees, and only a five-minute walk from the beach.
