REPORTING TO PARENTS

At Swans our daily programme actively promotes a relationship with parents who normally bring and collect their children directly from the classroom (Early Years and Reception) or the playground. We see many parents on a daily basis!

Parents are welcome to talk to staff whenever they wish, though if it’s more than just a quick question/comment it’s advisable to make an appointment.

Formal, written reports are given in December (interim report) and June (full academic report) with an additional Spanish report in April.

Mid-year (February/March) parent talks are held with class teachers and Spanish teachers if requested.
